What is the Invisalign® process?

The first step in creating custom clear aligners is taking impressions of the teeth, after which your new aligners should be ready to be picked up from our office in just a few weeks. Clear aligners must be worn at least 20 to 22 hours per day to ensure that they have enough time to straighten the teeth properly. Patients wear each aligner for two weeks before switching to the next one in the series. Many treatment plans are complete in about 12 to 18 months!
